Aris Tsangarides is a multidisciplinary skill gatherer, movement practitioner and teacher from Montreal. When he’s not travelling the world teaching and sharing his findings and practice with his students, he’s hunting for skills from different disciplines such as martial arts, dance, circus and others. He is a certified FRC mobility specialist, MovNat instructor, Poliquin Strength Training & Performance Specialist, BioForce Conditioning Coach and holds a BSc in Psychology. Train with him if you want to: - become mentally and physically strong with a physique to match your strength - be well-conditioned (i.e. you will never feel out of breath again) - move better (i.e. in a way that will help manage and relieve chronic pain and promote longevity in life in general)

Good things come to those who sweat. Bujar impressed us with his motivation and dedication during the Gritspot Summer Challenge. Now he will bring his energy and passion to motivate you during your training. His fitness background is mostly running, CrossFit and functional training. Aiming to push you to your limits every session with him will be a great, sweaty workout with a lot of fun.

Caleb is from the USA, originally Pennsylvania, but later Hawaii. His fitness background is primarily CrossFit and basketball. He has been a CrossFit-L1 trainer since 2016, and loves the pursuit of happy and healthy living. He is big on encouragement, building joy and mental toughness through training.
