Aris Tsangarides is a multidisciplinary skill gatherer, movement practitioner and teacher from Montreal. He is a certified FRC mobility specialist, MovNat instructor, Poliquin Strength Training & Performance Specialist, BioForce Conditioning Coach and holds a BSc in Psychology. Nordbahnhof Park is located in Berlin Mitte and is easily reached by S-Bahn, tram and bus via the Berlin Nordbahnhof station. As seen in the photo below, use the park entrance where Julie-Wolfthorn-Straße and Gartenstraße intersect. Walk up the stairs to enter the park and our cargo bike and workout station are directly on your right.
